SHIPPING POLICY
Items are usually dispatched within 3 working days of your order being received.
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class signed for Service.
Postage costs start at £5.00 for UK only, refunds can be made if costs change.
Free pick is available for local customers.

International parcels are sent, where possible with Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed Service.
Any local taxes or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep in mind that you may need to pay customs fees on receipt of your parcel.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns

I really hope that you are happy with any piece that you purchase but if you are not please contact me on liz@lizodwyerceramics.com within 7 days and I will arrange a refund where possible and on safe return of the item. Please note, I'm afraid I am not able to cover any postage costs and the parcel is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches me. Please retain proof of purchase.

Breakages

I take great care when packaging my items but unfortunately, on occasion, breakages happen. If this does happen, please contact me on liz@lizodwyerceramics.com within 2 days of the item arriving, with a photograph and I will arrange a replacement or a refund.
